Designing SaaS platforms requires an expert approach to UX design, combined with a deep understanding of user needs and data. These platforms must handle large volumes of data, cater to diverse user types and goals, and present information clearly at critical stages of the user journey - all within a simple yet elegant interface.

Live data visualisation on responsive dashboards for various screen sizes.
Product Design
Collaborate with teams to transform big data into a functional, user-friendly application.
For our latest SaaS platform design project we worked tightly with internal development teams to create unique, responsive interfaces for various key operational areas of the telemastic system for WrightBus. We designed all UX and UI components, including an intuitive dashboard and detailed report screens, to provide users with clear, actionable insights.
The platform offers real-time GPS tracking and comprehensive vehicle analytics, with AI-driven alerts for preventive maintenance that help reduce costs and extend vehicle uptime.
To create a responsive interface for bus service engineers, our team developed a customised UX and UI using collapsing, responsive cards, and sidebar data areas. This design streamlines data onto tailored cards and dashboards, enabling users to easily locate and report on bus service data.
In designing a responsive telematics platform for bus service engineers, our team focused on creating customised UX and UI to streamline fleet management and boost vehicle uptime.
Designed with tailored dashboards and in-depth report screens, the interface provides quick, clear access to essential data, helping engineers make timely interventions that reduce downtime and maintenance costs. This solution effectively supports fleet productivity and helps service teams manage resources with greater efficiency and ease.
WrightBus also wanted a total overhaul of their online presence; to help them showcase their new fleet of buses for the renewable energy era, including Hydrogen & Battery powered double decker buses.Their company relaunch is supported by Jo Bamford’s vision to create 6000 buses in the forthcoming two years. Higher Ground UX agency were invited to design their website and custom build telematics platform, both of which were showcased at the national transport exhibition at Farnborough.
